How we think about materials
Sustainable building is factored in at the design stage, not added on at the end. Site planning accounts for orientation, drainage, and what the land can support. Materials are chosen for how long they'll last and what goes into making them. Energy-efficient practices reduce what the home costs to run over its lifetime.

How we build
The design-build model means one team takes your project from the first sketch to the last nail. You don't coordinate between an architect and a contractor who have never met. You don't get handed off mid-project. Matt Borrelli and his team handle design, architectural consulting, project management, and construction under one roof.
That matters most when problems come up. On any real build, they do. Weather delays, material shortages, unexpected site conditions. When design and construction are handled by separate companies, those problems become disputes over who owns the change order. When they're handled by one team, they get solved.
What we build
We work in Marmora and the surrounding Hastings County area on custom homes and cottage retreats built from scratch, luxury and heritage renovations, additions, basement finishing, kitchen and bathroom overhauls, and outdoor living spaces.
Every project is custom. There are no pre-designed packages, no standard floor plans offered off a shelf. You bring the vision. We build the plans and the building.
